The Act of Criminalizing Prostesting

People do you know that the  Republicans  are trying to pass a bill to criminize Protesting in 18 States!
Wake Up  people!
We can't continue to talk about mumbo jumbo any longer,  you have been munipulated to focus on the wrong thing,  if this bill pass,  all they have to do is place hired protestors in the protest to vandalize,   everyone get arrested,  they did this technique in the 60's in the Civil Rights Prostesting.  If you should happen to be arrested,  you could face up to 60 years in prison,  even if you had noting to do with the vandelizing,  you will be  charged with guilt through association,  if you people allow your congressman and senators to pass this bill,  then the 1st ammendment of the Constitution has been flezzed.  We will be no longer to allowed to  Protest,  next Freedom of Speech,  next etc.
Contact your congressman,  Senators,  start signed Petitions against the passage of this bill.  What wrong with our society today?   Are you afraid of making a difference,  or have you been brainwashed to t h e point of not caring any more.  We can't afford to skin and grin anymore at someone else expense!  We have got to pay attention to the real deal,  Protecting the Constitution of the United States of America,  or what's left of it .......

Humanity as we know it is a thing of the pass.  Food. Water,  War,  and Terrorism are weapons used to generate wealth,  and to Depopulate the WORLD. Saving the World(
which they are destroying) ,  will be the justification to end Democracy and Freedon.

The Eugenics method's are being enforced more than ever.  Chemicals are being added to food and water that will eventually cause sterilization in humans,  these chemicals are used to control the minds of humans so that the people will commit.or conform to this agenda.   Laws are passed according to Agendas.  Now you can understand why they used a black president to create and sign into law modern day slavery,  to be enforced  in war time, national defense,  or peace time .In  case of a rebellion,  Modern Day Slavery will be legal weapon to control the public.

Agenda 21 involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled  Society.  These people are already controlling  your actions,  they are destroying the family unit,  they are destroying national unity, they are destroying the food supply,  our water, Depopulation of Society in order to have total control.  These people make up one percent or less of the total population of the world,  yet they want to kill us all without placing one finger on the trigger, using false flags,  deceptions,  diversions,   munipulation of the people, to do the job for them.  How do we save Democracy and Freedom now?  If not now,  WHEN?

Choco'lat received one comment on a blog asking Choco'lat,  why are you always starting something?  Why did you choose "ageetate"?   My reply  ageetate means to excite the mind into action,  and that's just what I do.  If I can write anything that will make a difference in our society today,  I'm putting it on paper,  pen to paper so to speak!  I'm just trying to make a difference.

Flowers were the first exhibition of colors.  Therefore one word comes to mind when I think of flowers,  "beautiful",  What was God thinking when he added flowers to his natural designing of earth's grounds.  He must have stood back,  looked at his creation,  and at that moment everything turned green, and brown.  He looked around,  somethings missing he said,  huum... I need something to empathize color,  beauty,  warmth, and healing,  so he waved his hands and said let there be colors. Flower began to cover the earth,  different sizes,  shapes, and textures.
He designed different flowers for different seasons,  he also gave them healing  medical properties,   Finally,  he added different scents to  each flower family so that each bouquet will have its own DNA..
Flowers are so exquisite,  because of their natural charm they always make you smile.  The earth was the Heavenly Father's canvas,  the greatest artist in the world created flowers ,  an incomparable
creation.....

LADY JUSTICE

Long ago and far away,  someone asked me why do I think Lady Justice is blindfold.  I hestitated,  thinking , looking around the room gathering my thoughts I carefully began to answer.
Well first of all  i said Lady Justice is a female,  whomever blindfold her told her that there are some things, or  facts you see and  facts,  or things you don't see.
The scales are unbalanced for the reason of she can't see.  How can you balance the scales of Justice when she's blindfold.  She's wearing a sword to fight injustice,  however she has no idea which Justice  she's fighting Justice or injustice,  simply because she can't see.  How is she going to fight Justice blindfolded. 
Bottom line Lady Justice has to depend on her hearing,  that is if she can hear,  if they blindfolded her,  it's possible some arguements, or facts she can't  hear either.   Lastly I said you know it seems that everything about Lady Justice is implied,  rather than fact.
My friend looked at me  as if he was astonished,  he  then said in all my years of Law School I've never heard that question answered this way before.  My professors would often ask the class this  question,  no one came even close to answering this question the way you did. He laughted,  and laughted the entire evening.

I'm Desperately Trying To Make A Difference.

Recently I was asked by Facebook did I want to add a donate button under one of my posts,   if so I was asked to choose a worthy cause.  My choice was Save the children,  actually it was a toss up between the Humane Society,  and Save The Children. They are both worthy causes, well my choice was Save The Children.

After a few days I noticed no one made a donation,  I was sure everyone would show some type of empathy afterall the donations would help save the  lives of children.  After a few more days,  nothing happened.  I was so disappointed that I made this post.  I tried to make a difference by selecting a Save the Children donation button,  no one's donating,  so I said maybe I should have chosen the Humane Society instead, then maybe this cause would have received donations.
I uploaded a few videos,  showing the desperate need to Feed and Save the Children,  after all I said the Children are the Future I said,   we'll it's been a few more days and...................

A Plea For Peace

Dear  Mr. Mayor

I lived in DC, the same timeyou were "moving on up so to speak," in your political career. Now, you are mayor of Chicago. Excuse me please , if I dare to comment on the Black on Black deaths happening in your city, even as I type this plea.

You might think that it's not politically correct to use drastic measures to nip this issue in the bud, however it is imperative that you do something!

It is so unfair( far the most part), that innocent people die this way. Thugs, gangs, or whoever have been given the power of Life and Death over other human beings.

Being Politically Correct is not always the solution to the problem. If they want a war, I suggest you give them one. Place the National Guard, Swat, or maybe the United States Army if you have to, in their communities, neighborhoods, streets, etc. You have to take drastic action to save the lives of the incentive people at the wrong place and the wrong time. If a solution is not put into place soon, the only conclusion to make of this problem after years and years of continuous murders, is that Black Lives Don't Matter in the city of Chicago, especially in the South side! This is the statement your city is making to the United States, and World.

The number of Deaths, and Injuries in that city as a result of Black on Black crime is staggering. You can't afford to wait any longer, you have got to take action. If not Now, When? You have got to get a grip on this situation before it's too late. There's someone's child, or a pregnant woman, grandma, mother, father, all depending on you to take action.

Don't make this a Class Warfare issue, this is about saving lives, a Life is a Life. Citizens in the South side of Chicago lives have value, and a right to live, a right to be protected from Crime. Black Lives Matter. These victims deserve to be protected from the power of Life and Death, that has been given to thugs, gangs in your city. It their Human Right's that is being and have been violated. The time is now to put a stop to these murders, again I ask you if not Now? , WHEN!

The Legend of the Crystal Skulls

Crystal Skulls! I guess you are saying right now, what’s that? Legend has it, these are skulls made of the same materials as microchips, that illuminates strange powers. The age of the skulls is not known, for it is impossible to measure a crystal stone in terms of years. The question that baffles scientist is where did the skulls come from. Twelve thousand years ago, no human could carve a stone such as crystal with precision. The Myas, a tribe in Belize, said that the Gods descended from the sky and handed the skulls to a select few, so that man could learn their secrets of the universe. It is said that the skulls hold such secrets.

There were 13 skulls given by the Gods, 8 have been found, there are 5 missing. There is a race to find the missing skulls before it too late! Some scientists believe that all 13 of the skulls have to be activated before Dec. 21, 2012 in order to save the world from destruction.

The earth is aligning with other planets, which could cause extreme earthquakes and volcanos that would shift the earth on its axis. Actually, this scientific event has already occurred. Scientists think that all 13 skulls need to be activated before Dec 21, 2012 to prevent "Armageddon".

Sightings of the missing skulls have been rumored to have been seen on Mars! Yes, that famous face on Mars is believed to be the face of a crystal skull. The Moon is the location of another skull, it is also rumored that the astronauts on one of the Apollo Missions returned to earth with the crystal skull that was seen on video filmed during their expedition on the Moon. However, there is no proof or acknowledgment by the Government that this actually happened.

The skulls possess unique healing powers, they have their own extra terrestrial healing properties, their own power source, because of the crystal energy they also have a solar system connection. The skulls create and transmit energy that is processed on other worlds. Scientist documented this report because of experiments done on the skulls. Energy released from the skulls is a million times more powerful than our own, Scientist have not successfully been able to harness the energy. It is said that inside the skull are maps, ancient civilizations, also celestial Civilizations trapped inside.

Scientists believe that there is a skull for each planet. All 13 skulls will unite the energies of the Universe to prevent the earth’s destruction, and the destruction of humanity. To the Myan people it is believed that it is imperative and urgent that the 13 skulls are activated before Dec.21, 2012. This is when all the planets will be aligned, if prevention cannot be achieved, catastrophes, so destructive will occur that will change the course of humanity forever.

The real test will be in 2012, whether the powers of the crystal skulls will be released, or whether we are better off letting nature take its course. Either way Dec 21, 2012 is probably the most feared day in our history! Well, It is now 2017, a total eclipse yesterday occurred on August 17. There were no major castrophes as predicted, and the earth continues to spin on its axis.

 Mr. William Moses Kunstler, a native of New York,  a Civil Rights Attorney,  a Civil Rights Activist,   a member of the National Lawyers Guild,  board member of the ACLU,  and a Co founder of the Law Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR).  Mr. Kunstler also produced a popular broadcast show,  The Law on Trail,  there he discussed controversial issues.  These are just a few of Mr. Kunstler's accomplishments

The New York Time labeled Mr. Kunstler "the Country most controversial laywer.

Mr. Kunstler represented these clients during an era of political unrest.


 Mr. Kunstler was referred to as" The brothers Lawyer". He comments to this statement by saying , he just wants to be known as the" Lawyer who represented the oppressed".

Mr. Kunstler's belief and I quote, "Lawyers should feel the same oppression as their clients in order to fully represent them, with that being said, his representation of the oppressed changed lives forever. He was  an Idealist,   and his fellow colleagues thought that his idealism was not realistic. Eventually Kunstler proved all of them wrong.

Because of his clients, and his success of representing them,  Kunstler experienced "White Middle Class Prejudice"!!! This type of prejudice is also practiced today .  During several of his controversial trials, crowds stood outside the court room shouting "White Power". Kunstler stated to his clients this reaction is the reaction of "A White Totalitarianism Society".   Leaving the court room, Mr. Kunstler observed the disaproval demonstrations of his involvement with several controversial trials.   Kunstlers said he served in Viet Nam,   however now he thought he was going to be killed by people of own people, country, and culture. He never expected the confusion, and controversy to rise to this magnitude. Never the less Mr. Kunstler represented his clients with all the vigor he had to give.

During the trials, he yelled and screamed to get his point across to the jurors. In the 70's, I think it took an act of courage, to deal with the issues of his clients.  His most recognizable clients,  Bobby Seal ,  Black Panthers, American Indians, Wounded Knee in South Dakota. The most controversial of all trial's in the 70's was  when Mr. Kunstler decided to represent a "Muslim"..

For the American Indians and Mr. Bobby Seal,  Mr. Kunstler argued that their civil rights, freedom of speech had been violated.    Mr. Kunstler argued these issues all the way to the Supreme Court. He remarked,   when a lawyer appears before the supreme court to represent or argue any issue, it is as if the lawyer is competing in the World Series,  and of course Mr. Kunstler hit nothing short of home runs.  HE won his Supreme Court Cases. As a matter of fact , Mr. Kunstler nerver lost a case,

WIth all of this sucess his colleagues said that he envoked a feeling, that you either hated him or liked him. They also thought his motivation was "Fame". "I beg to differ', he said , I am only an attorney who the represents the "unpopular".

Mr. Kunstler''s choice of representing a Muslim turned Americans against him. However he fought to win this trial just as he had done for all of his clients. He won the Muslim case as well. Now he could truly say that his idealism had become reality, but not without a cost. His family became a target of ridicule, and hate. His clients and their families became his friends, the American Indians embraced him socially, and culturely. He was described by the American Indians as being "Real".

One of his colleagues asked why did he think their friends and colleagues express prejudice against him, his answer,   all white people are prejudice, his friend quickly replied thats not true , Mr. Kunstler said if you beleive this you are in denial of your own pretense or emotions.

His children later produced a documentary about their father entitled William Kunster, " Disturbing The Universe",   and that's exactly what he did.  This documentary had a showing as a part of the documentary competition in the 2009 Sundance Film Festival.

Who Knew,  that Mr.  Kunstler was a warrior  for Justice in the legal  ranks with  Charles Huston,  Thurgood Marshall, Julian Bond,  Curtiss Geer, Johnny Cohcran etc.  After viewing his documentary I felt he was an Attorney, worth mentioning! This is an Affirmative Action Blog!
